      Pros

      I have loved everyone I have worked with, everyone is very supportive and willing to help. Working remote is a plus and management cares about ensuring good work life balance and that your mental health is in a good place. There is also a lot of room to learn new marketable skills. There have been lots of new software and changes this year and it has provided a lot of opportunities to learn new things and discover more about where I want my career to grow. I also think the pay is good, but I haven't been in the industry long so I don't have much to compare it to.

      Cons

      The benefits could definitely be better. 401k matching is less than ideal, PTO, and insurance packages could use improvement. It's great to see innovation and investment into the company but it'd be nice to see a little more investment in their employees.

      Innovative Company - Overall Great People to Work With

      Pros

      People consistently willing to help each other. Innovative, constantly improving the application suite. Cares about the employees, encourages time off to recharge and spend time with family or doing things you enjoy outside work. Extensive time off policy. Technical managers are leaders, not just bosses.

      Cons

      Very powerful application suite makes it very complex to troubleshoot. Lots of application patching.
