      Great people from around the globe Work/life balance is highly encouraged Inclusive workplace, very diverse Very little drama and workplace politics Good benefits package

      Cons

      Short-staffed, particularly in niche areas Some "local favoritism" appears in non-US offices Salaries tend to be on the low side of the scale Mediocre bonus plan with KPIs largely outside of employee control Lots of on-the-job training - no dedicated employee training staff to keep things organized
