      Pros

      Working environment is good. Everyone is nice and volunteer to help. Working time can be flexible (depends on position and working load)

      Cons

      it is not clear for career path. Some benefits is not clearly and so it is difficulty to know if we can get it done or not.

      Pros

      Good folks working there. Quite helpful in getting me acclimated to the work environmnet. Offer free lunch in the office, mid-week. Very Knowledgeable resources. Decent work/life balance, although some managers just need peons they can eyeball everyday. Ego, perhaps.

      Cons

      Pay leaves too much room for seeking other job opps. Share the revenue with your laborers, Verint. Team collaboration could be better.

      Pros

      Company has done several acquisitions which create opportunity to learn and grow. Always something new to focus on and learn. Good markets for products and huge customer base to sell into. Management listens and does good job of correctly bad decisions quickly. Company is fairly employee focused - free lunches, great equity program for those who perform and reasonable work-personal life balance.

      Cons

      Change intensive environment. If you just want to keep doing what you have been for past 5 years and not be bothered, this is not place for you. Changes will keep coming in order for company to grow. Need better and more training programs to help employees keep up with change and grow.
