Pros

Verisk has a strong culture of feedback that helps employees grow. It also encourages internal mobility and clear pathways for professional growth and skill development. They also provide mentorship programs that help guide long-term career development which is valuable.

Cons

Sometimes additional responsibilities come before formal title or compensation changes. Better alignment on that can definitely increase motivation.

Pros

Company is investing in training employees on AI tools

Cons

In few teams, Employees are overloaded with too many tech initiatives and additional work. On top of that, they are bombarded with production issues during holidays and late nights. Tech engineers with zero people skills are promoted to people management roles. Which leads to micro management.
