Small office. Some nice people there.

Cons

Where to start? Impossible development environment. Management rules by title, and not experience. Instead of investing in and developing new platform as they claim to be doing, they depend on their aged development practices, and are afraid of the innovation they claim to embrace. The environment is beyond toxic, with politics and power plays abound. I would never, ever recommend anyone work here as a developer. You can do better.

Excellent PTO, better than most companies Good compensation, albeit lower monthly pay to accommodate for big annual bonus (17-20%). Moderate workload

Cons

Software engineers on some of the team have to maintain, fix, and enhance really old software which should have been rewritten many years ago.
