Pros

- Good training and support to help you progress in the company - Friendly and relaxed environment - Hybrid working which is nice to break up the week but beneficial when you are a distance from the office - Having a hub so anyone in our office can put their ideas forward for future improvements and these getting reviewed and mostly actioned - Organised events take place outside of the workplace which is great for getting to know other people you don't normally work with. - Progression opportunities are given to everyone in the company, not just senior members of staff - The company is very considerate of the staff's wellbeing and will support where necessary

Cons

- There could be improvements from an IT point of view. Less system errors and more equipment available in the office - Communication could improve between different teams - The office itself could do with a refresh to make it more modern and a more comfortable environment to work in

Pros

No Pro i can think of for Fintellix India

Cons

Senior Management is not good. especially the president of the company. Has bad attitude and is not approachable. During town hall, he talks so much about people but doesnt value people, especially employees who have been there for long time in the company. just show off. if you approach him, he dont event acknowledge. Big big promises not no adherence to follow those promises.

Okay Company to Start

Pros

Great company to start with as a stepping stone for experience, especially for entry level but that's it.

Cons

- Zero Growth. Nepotism/favoritism is very apparent in this company. You'll have people with no skill or experience in roles that require it. They hire and/or promote their kids, relatives, buddies rather than the ones who deserve it. - Management is very toxic and does not know how to manage, as there is no transparency from them. They'll find ways to cover up their own mistakes by blaming someone and suddenly firing them for no reason. There is also no disciplinary actions taken in place for things that shouldn't have been overlooked. It's completely non existent. You'll never know what you did wrong and then you're gone. Management seems like they can't resolve things properly when conflict happens. - Culture is bad. They only like those that fit in with them. You either roll with it or you don't, otherwise you'll be isolated and disgruntled. In general, you will see a lot of brown nosing. - Extremely underpaid/not properly compensated for your work. You'll be receiving either 1/3 or 2/3 of what you're actually doing.
