      Good Work life balance and Remote Opportunity.

      Cons

      I joined Verisk with high expectations and I always gave my 100% to my work and was committed to delivering results. However, I often felt micromanaged, undervalued and that my efforts were not fully recognized. This affected my motivation and sense of trust. I believe a bit more flexibility and confidence in employees could greatly improve engagement and retention. I left because of Management culture is quite toxic.

      Pros

      Great benefits including low HC premiums, solid employer match for 401K, decent vacation, etc.

      Cons

      Many mid and senior level managers are not held to appropriate HR standards and it impacts morale.
