Strong sense of purpose - the work genuinely impacts global industries in meaningful ways. Supportive leadership that listens, empowers, and encourages innovation. Excellent work–life balance with flexible hybrid options. Great focus on employee well-being - wellness days, learning programs, and recognition culture. Global collaboration opportunities and inclusive culture across teams. Transparent communication from leadership; you always know what’s happening in the company.

Cons

Decision-making can sometimes be slower due to the global structure. Some tools and systems could be more integrated for smoother processes.

Pros

The quality assurance department offered generous PTO's and paid holidays. If you were ever asked to work after hour, you were compensated double the time, i.e. you did 2 hours of testing, you can take 4 hours off anytime reasonably soon. The director really tried to treat you well to retain your QA service. The company as a whole offered a 2 For You where every Friday during the summer months, you were asked to end work 2 hours early to start your weekend.

Cons

Like most tech companies, when it's time to reconcile their budget, they'll work to terminate an employee. Whether a Project Manager, a software engineer, quality assurance, etc, the person is placed on a improvement program that seemed a ruse for HR to separate you. I hear they are very generous with severance pay after that.

Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback! We’re thrilled to hear you appreciated the generous PTO and paid holidays. It’s great to know that the efforts to recognize and support team members made a difference for you. We’re also glad you enjoyed the “2 For You” summer Fridays! It’s one of the ways we try to promote balance and well-being. Your comments reinforce the importance of these initiatives, and we appreciate you taking the time to share them.
