Pros
I love the work-life balance, WFH during quarantine has been great and efficient, decent PTO and benefits, decent pay. Very close knit and friendly teams
Cons
The higher ups have mentioned that they want us returning from WFH to 3 in office days a week, after almost 2 years of successfully and efficiently doing full time WFH. Really ridiculous to commute 2hrs total 3 days a week to program in a cubicle when I can get the same work at home. I wouldn't mind 1 day a week or every other week for meetings, but going back to 3 days a week after 2 years of full time WFH is terrible and if this is actually going to be the case I will not be as happy working here.
