      Interesting work but low compensation

      Pros

      A lot of interesting work. Using new technologies. Friendly coworkers. A good start for those who want to pick up hands on experience with the new technologies. There’s a good work life balance culture.

      Cons

      They are trying to become a tech company , but salary and perks are no way competitive comparing to other tech companies in the area. There is an inflate middle management where the number of managers that don’t code is high compared to the number of developers. A lot of tech support is out sourced to foreign countries.

      Pros

      Small office. Some nice people there.

      Cons

      Where to start? Impossible development environment. Management rules by title, and not experience. Instead of investing in and developing new platform as they claim to be doing, they depend on their aged development practices, and are afraid of the innovation they claim to embrace. The environment is beyond toxic, with politics and power plays abound. I would never, ever recommend anyone work here as a developer. You can do better.
