      35 hours per week 2 days of Health and Wells being per year Buddy programme Benefits And in my personal opinion the best is respect for the work done, care of the employees looking for the best in profesional and personal life

      Cons

      As an international company with several divisions and Business Units in several countries align all of them, it is a hard work to be done

      Pros

      Working at Verisk has been wonderful. I believe this is largely due to the specific team that I'm on. My manager is so kind and supportive. Senior leadership is appreciative and trusting of us to do our jobs in the ways that work best for us, leading to a culture with a healthy work/life balance and self-empowerment.

      Cons

      Pay increases are low, 1-3% annually depending on your individual and business unit performance. Getting the full STI (bonus) feels out of reach for most.

      Pros

      Although I’ve only been here a short time, my experience has been incredibly positive. From the very beginning, I’ve felt warmly welcomed by everyone, both within and outside my team. The support I’ve received has been outstanding—everyone I’ve interacted with has been helpful and genuinely invested in my success. The collaborative spirit here is truly remarkable; the team comes together seamlessly, creating an environment where judgment is replaced with encouragement and understanding. The flexibility to manage my own schedule, as long as the work gets done, is something I deeply appreciate. I’m especially grateful for the management team, whose thoughtfulness, consideration, and guidance have made a meaningful impact on my journey so far.

      Although necessary, sometimes, there are a lot of meetings that make it challenging to complete projects.
