It is remote and i have a great work life balance

Cons

Pay could always be better. Hard to retain employees with the current pay and benefits and lack of a 401k match

The ability to work from home. The hours

The training after orientation is a little chaotic. The excel worksheets that one is EXPECTED to gather information from is confusing and when you ask questions, you are routed to the spreadsheet and basically made to feel that you should figure it out on your own. It makes work discouraging. Also, there was favoritism based on production. They would praise the top 5 on a weekly basis. It made me feel like I'd never be good enough.
