The only pro is that they allow you to work whatever hours you want because all they care about is production.

Cons

Horrible upper management, no raises despite perfect yearly reviews, no values or empathy, quick to increase your amount of responsibilities but never increasing your compensation, horrible benefits, high stress and toxic work environment.
