      Work from home and hours

      Cons

      Work load.you are expected to work in locations and emr that you have no experience in and a 15 minute training period from another employee who doesn't want you to do well. Pay is awful. I have been called a liar twice by my supervisor, she was wrong on both accounts. Harrement must be encouraged only thing I can think.

      Pros

      There is great communication and accessibility to management or IT when needed. Work hours can be flexible. There is a lot of training helping us to be confident when doing our job. PTO is a good amount along with holidays.

      Cons

      Technology is always changing and getting better but some days this causes glitched in the system for the day and this can be frustrating.

      Pros

      I love getting up and coming to work everyday . Its not like your typical corporate company where your never acknowledged for your hard work and never meet anyone outside of your office. Everyone from my in office coworkers and Higher up CEO's are extremely involved and it's like having another family. My support system here has been amazing, the trainings , the guidance , the team support all makes starting here so easy.

      Cons

      I have no CON's, there is so much to learn and do accompanied by so many learning methods and options it makes working here easy and doable for everyone and anyone.
