      Pros

      I took a giant leap of faith leaving my former company of 8.5 years to join this team. In the 18 months I’ve been here, I have never regretted the decision to come aboard. As a manager I feel very supported from all angles and set up for success. The company has grown tremendously since I’ve started and there is plenty room for growth no matter the direction you want to take. The technology is like no other and something the company prides themself on. Joining in the height of COVID, the understanding & flexibility is like no other. Overall I’m very happy and look forward to being here a very long time!

      Would love if they matched 401k but otherwise nothing else comes to mind

      Everything else. Poor values, no honesty or integrity, insane work and never enough staff.

      Pros

      Lives it's Core Values. Team work exists! Everyone helps out when and where needed. Multiple resources for advancement, especially when you are on the ground floor/entry level. Ability to advance through internal promotions. Excellent benefits. Diverse workforce. If you show up to work and do your job, you will be successful. Simple as that. Those who are negative failed to realize that. I can't give Verisma 5 stars because they are still growing, and I doubt any company is 100% perfect.

      Cons

      None that aren't being addressed and solved. Every company has issues, but Verisma looks those issues in the eye, and works diligently in solving them as quickly as possible. I go back to the statement of, "show up to work, do your job, be open and honest" and you will be successful.
