As the company continues to grow, if you are willing to prove yourself, you can move pretty fast up the ranks, there are many success stories. In under a year personally I went from Manager to Director of Operation for a new site. Ability in many roles to work remote, hybrid, or even onsite. With contracts with various health systems across the country there are many different roles to take and grow into. For the most part there is a very supportive executive leadership team that is focused on where the company is going and growing. You will work hard, but all of your work will be appreciated, and the team approach is there to come alongside you to make sure every department is successful.

Cons

As the company grows so does the benefit package offerings. Current offerings may be small but do include medical, dental, and a 401k plan you may contribute into.
