      With 20+ years experience in the medical field I have never seen such chaos within a corporation. There is no solid employee or management team. For two months I did not have a supervisor. Training is minimal, if you already have a multi-EMR background it might work out. Be very cautious and do your research as to exactly what your duties and responsibilities will be and who your team consists of prior to accepting a position.Many promises are made and never met, including raises, promotions and benefits.
