The work is Remote work and the work schedule is flexible.

The training is unstructured and haphazard. The management is a joke. They are very unprofessional.

Great benefits. Co-workers def seem to want to help each other out. Remote opportunities. I worked remote but that was not an option in drop down to select work locations.

Cons

Supervisor - at least mine was not great & could use some management training, although I don’t think that’s something that can’t be taught. Every time Asst Sup would try to input the Sup would snap back or disagree while staff were on calls. I left before 90 day bcuz I knew it wouldn’t change & life is hard enough to have to work with someone that doesn’t respect you or team.
