In general, the feeling is very uncaring and you’re pretty much left on your own. They will tell you to ask questions but when you do, they’ll ignore you when you ask them or you’re made to feel punished for it. The communication is terrible. If you’re bullied by on-site people they don’t care. The on-site people are treated horribly compared to how the remote people are treated. Also the health insurance coverage is the worst. If you actually need to have health coverage, I hope you like paying full price out of pocket until your ridiculously high deductible is met.
