The people are nice and the sales staff have a lot of opportunities

Cons

Very few benefits/perks. No bonus structure for non sales staff. Incentives are terrible (magnets and cheap prizes are not good incentives), pay is bad and there isn't much room to negotiate a higher salary.

The people who work here are friendly.

Cons

1. Benefits are extremely high and offer only the bare minimum that the law requires an employer to carry. 2. Extremely low pay with no raises. I've been working here for years and have never gotten a salary increase, nor has any of my co-workers who have also been here for multiple years. 3. No advancement. You are bombarded with new responsibilities and no advancement opportunities. There's no where to go. 4. Leave accrual is a joke. There's honestly so much more cons to write but I believe I've made my point. Run. If you work here currently, I share your pain.
