Pros

Decent coworkers, standard office benefits.

Cons

Management at this company is toxic and untrustworthy and I would seriously reconsider ever taking a job here. It could end up doing great harm to your career. Communication is poor and at times incredibly unprofessional and childish, and if you question unrealistic, contradictory, or unethical policies you will be retaliated against and terminated, which I saw happen to countless people over the years. Supervisors gossip and pick favorites based on alliance, and only people willing to tear down others get promoted. The company engages in massive gaslighting campaigns (hint hint) to promote its own image both internally and externally. People with integrity will not do well at this place, and it's best to avoid it altogether.

Pros

Lenient about working from home, yearly raises, growing company

Cons

Overloaded with work, lack of good training for new employees which causes a lot of mistakes, too much acquisition of other reporting firms that causes more work overload.
