Pros

Great colleagues (It's the only reason why I gave it two stars). They were very helpful in my learning the ropes of the company.

Cons

Work-Life balance doesn't exist. Some executives are belittling. Others in higher positions of authority are unappreciative of hard work. There's no room for growth and no one willing to listen to ideas for possible expansion. It's just a demand for results on their terms.

Pros

Flexibility, has a contractor you can choose when you want to accept a job or not

Cons

The company is very toxic and does not care about the overwork and stress it puts on us . The pay is UNDER $30 per hour and excellence is expected for that rate. THIS COMPANY HAS CHAMPAGNE TASTE BUT BUD LIGHT POCKETS. Veritext expect s absolute perfection with no room for human error without making you feel completely incompetent. This company is not a good fit for anyone who is cares for their mental health.

Pros

really nice people to work with, great technology,

Cons

crazy internal situation, lots of time spent fighting over who gets to call on accounts, sales reps get to control accounts where they barely have business due to their tenure with the company. not a good fit if you are already used to making $ 150,000 +. Takes too long to ramp up especially with fighting over accounts. Too much time spent trying to find open or "free" accounts with good litigation.
