Nice people to work with in the office

Senior Management seemed to always be making desperate decisions and would change their mind constantly regardless of policy. Their management style encourages fighting over accounts and takes away from productivity and over all company growth. If you are making money beware Senior Management will find away to make sure you do not hit your bonuses the following year.

Local office people pleasant to work with.

1. CEO out of touch dealing with people professionally and respectfully at several levels. 2. Company focus non existant 3. No formal on boarding process. 4. Fractured coordination and no incentive for regions to work together. 5. Policy enforcement secondary to revenue. 6. Very reactionary atmosphere - lots of unnecessary scrambling. Poor planning. 7. No opportunities for advancement 8. No organization of leadership. 9. Latest equity partnership has transformed an already struggling culture into a toxic one.
