Very demoralizing place to work!

Pros

They provide snacks and sometimes there is leftover food from the depositions. Pay checks come on time. Insurance is expensive but good.

Cons

Management allows some employees to get away with doing literally no work, while giving their tasks to the hard working team members. When the overworked and under appreciated people speak up about it, we're made to feel like it's our fault. The people picking up the slack are also given no additional compensation for having to do the work of other people. This had created a demoralizing environment within the office.

There's a cafeteria on the ground floor.. No need to bring lunch.

Cons

Poor wages, bad morale constantly... Never knew a company where do many people are miserable and looking for a new job.

Pros

This place is very flexible with employees (depending on supervisors, but in general) and has a fairly relaxed atmosphere. They are trying to do more employee based services, HR coordinated programs, etc.

Cons

As the company is growing they are cutting head count, increasing stress on existing employees and paying less/hiring lower quality staff increasing the burden on teams. It's also reducing the quality service the company claims is why its services come at a premium
