Pros

In my region training and team work is great. The pay is not bad 401 match is nice. This is the first sales job I have had that has a great work and personal life mix. I enjoy my job and team, looking forward to a great future with Veritiv.

Cons

No mileage or expenses paid after a carton point (12-18 months). New commission plan needs a lot of work.

Pros

Flexibility, extremely entrepreneurial, fast paced. A sale where people want to talk to you. Supportive manager, customer service amd sales support team. Great money opportunities for the right people. Access to almost anything in the marketplace.

Cons

Not for the unorganized! The amount of follow up you will do is like nothing you have ever seen, I promise. Can be very commodity based if you cannot get past the surface. Packaging industry is very volatile right now with constantly rising pricing and lack of materials available.

Pros

They pay salary on time when it is time to do payroll. They have electricity in the building.

Cons

Absolutely everything. Garbage management, joke work load, metrics are totally ridiculous and you work with the stretch of the nearby landfill.
