      Top leadership says all the right things - some of them mean what they say and some of them absolutely do not.

      Cons

      High level of micro management, VP level leadership disengaged from site level issues and do no respond to requests for help or resources. VP level leadership say they value work-life balance and then criticize the number of hours per week you work.

      Pros

      Incredible benefit options and immediate vesting of 401k contributions. Company is very stable and has no true competitors. Great people and office with a fun culture. Huge opportunity to make an impact.

      Cons

      Internal systems have been seriously neglected and were not a priority for many years. Therefore, for new IT teams, the scope of work is very large, but salaries and total comp are on the low end of industry averages.
