      Some good people trying to to their best

      Cons

      Looks like the latest CIO "hero" is finally gone. Probably the worst of the 2 previous. Arrogance and narcissism were this CIO's best traits, which don't bode well when an organization needs leadership and empathy. Company now on it's 4th CIO in its 6 year history.

      Pros

      Standard Corporate Model. Always evolving and changing. Great place for building up skillsets. Non-bias management. Standard health benefits. Ability to network. Managers treat people as professionals and are flexible as such.

      Cons

      Two sets of people, always been there or brand new. Only the best employees are given opportunities to promote. Hard to find candidates within because of a lack of training programs for current technology ( getting better) and career development (room for improvement). Observe, Employee resources are spread thin resulting in long hours and under constant pressure to perform. Employees who leave are not replaced and work is added to already thin workforce.
