Great people, nice working environment

Cons

No leadership direction, old regime fighting with the new regime and employees in the middle. People disappear with no communication. Sales rules the company. Those who yell the loudest get the attention at the cost of other employees.

Pay, benefits, overtime pay, work life balance

Cons

Management does not listen, management does not take your concerns seriously, change your job duties after you are hired on, lucky if you get a small raise, management never takes the time to think you for your hard work.
