I got a regular paycheck.

Cons

This company has value statement but it does not practice them. It is words to make it look like they care. They don't. Management ignores the policies. People who should not be in management are and upper management allows it to go on. It will add to the demise of this company.

Local management tries to support their teams The team members in the warehouses and support centers really help each other

Cons

A lot is not reviewed at the higher level, so top management is blind to what is really happening to the employees Too many systems to work through to support the customers
