Pros
Good memories of an ambitious and competitive company before the Veritiv merger fiasco of 2014. Worked with a lot of good talent who are now employed with competitors.
Cons
Veritiv seeks out unskilled management that no other company dare hire. The operating systems used are old legacy systems from the 1980's and 1990's. Very antiquated backwards thinking company, must be run by 90 year olds. This and price increases have driven away business to a point that many jobs and locations are being eliminated as value of Veritiv declines, and much needed cash flow is attained through company reduction, not sales growth.
