Some of the coolest people working there, 3rd shift management are amazing.

Cons

Union-structured contract, pay is great for the work you're doing but nowhere to move up. More of a job than a career.

Jeans on Fridays. some coworkers who have been here forever.

Cons

Where to begin? So much favoritism, micro-management, passive-aggressive middle management. If you aren't on one of the CHOSEN teams, forget about it. It will feel like you are slowly sinking into a dark depression everyday in the "open pods" as you watch person after person leave. Training on most teams is by fire.
