Thanks for your candid review. Our leadership and communications team strive to ensure that every employee is well aware of the corporate vision, values, and priorities every day. They are posted in many places across the company and are easily available on the corporate intranet site as well. Our CEO and leadership regularly communicate the vision and strategy, especially during the quarterly employee Webcast. As Veritiv finishes integration and enters the optimization phase of its long-term strategy, we hope to see fewer and fewer constraints.

Pros

I've worked here for 33 years. We have progressed through different company ownerships throughout my career, but I have to say I feel more valued now than ever before. Since we became Veritiv a lot of things changed but I am allowed to use my knowledge everyday to influence those changes. I am proud to say I work here.

Cons

It's hard to find a con, because if there were any they are addressed and if there were cons about working here, I would probably not be.
