      Big-time industry player means valuable work experience dealing with real customers and dollars.

      Cons

      High stress and workload due to confusion and pressure on sales reps and management. Terrible work culture where very little is done to boost morale.

      Pros

      Working for Veritiv has been a great experience since I have started with the company. Have worked less than a year and have enjoyed every day so far. With the merger, there is a lot of opportunity for advancement. Great management and team atmosphere.

      Cons

      As with any merger, some will be let go and some will be hired. It is unfortunate for the ones who are let go but that is part of it.
