      Pros

      great team to work with, everyone is friendly and will help you out. ALot to learn and grow within the company.

      Cons

      union enviorment which will cause some headaches when dealing with emplo yess and call outs. Alot of work can be placed on your shoulders during busy and non busy months. Will try to cap your salray at the lowest possible value.

      Getting Better

      Pros

      Good Benefits; new senior leadership appears headed in the right direction; good local leadership. WFH is not a problem in this sales position while still able to visit customers.

      Cons

      Because of job function it's difficult to really separate PTO from work. Customers email and call so we have to respond in many cases as that's our livelihood and they need product to continue their operations. "New" compensation plan is not as lucrative as management would like you to believe, however, there are ways to capitalize on it with the bonus structure ...if you meet the goals. It's a combination of salary, commission and bonus potential. The monthly commission structure is "wonky" and really needs to be revisited. A portion of the commission side can negatively impact the total commission with too much lower margin business, which can be a deterrent.
