Pros

The management seems to actually care about you and your development. Most management I have interacted with is vocally, really encouraging. Also, the PPO plan for employees is amazing, my deductibles are always really low, if anything.

Cons

The pay could definitely be better. My base salary in Dallas, Texas is 20 to 30% lower than similar roles at similar telecommunication companies.
