Pros

Good WLB. Good overall package. Nice gym. Some data science teams do have some cool stuffs.

Cons

Chaos management. Re-org nearly every quarter. No personal growth, but full of politics, No year end party nor any other social events. No central data science team. Almost every org and every business unit are building own data science team, and no syn up on tech and learnings.
