Cons

Bad culture, people manager’s dominance Individual contributors work showcased by people manager to leadership Bad cafeteria, bad food Senior directors has influence on the recruitment, completely biased . Not based on skill , but on relations only. The roadmap is designed by leadership which has no direction Everyone fighting over a small pie of cake Senior managers and Associate Directors are dummy people managers , not functional leaders
