      The environment encourages complacency rather than growth and challenge. The company culture doesn't currently support or nurture emerging professionals effectively. The organization relies on outdated tech stacks and obsolete methodologies, which hinders innovation.

      Some of my teammates are bullies and have permanently tainted the Business Transformation reputation. The group is more focused on PMO rather than process improvement.
