Pros

So many people laid off, easy access to copy machine and good parking spaces. Building has nice bathrooms and desk space. Not much else....

Cons

Management is poor and unorganized. Everyone wants credit for all they can claim and at the expense of anything. Company doesn't care about the customer.

Pros

Great benefits, opportunities for growth. Extensive flexibility depending on department. Employees are respected and valued. Constructive feedback is provided to employees on a regular basis.

Cons

Constant changes in internal processes and systems adds unnecessary overhead. Integration work between departments can be quite cumbersome. Job security is lacking with impending RIFs.
