Pros

401k contribution matching up to 6% dollar for dollar, excellent health insurance/benefits. Top performers get lots of recognition. Salary + Commission, bonuses, car allowance. 8-5, M-F. Free lunches at this times. Can work remote. Get to go meet with customers.

Cons

Decelerating/capped commissions. Large customer base to maintain and grow, all while trying to gain new customers, and with lots of trainings and unnecessary meetings in between. Even though you have a set territory and vertical/industry you still have to compete with all the other sales departments in the company and at times sales people in your department too. All this while trying to hit your quota which causes high stress.

Pros

Outstanding benefits. On site gym.

Cons

Favoritism and dishonesty among management. Starting to outsource (which is something they said they would never do). More about the dollar than the people. Too much about metrics now.
