Pros

Benefits and compensation. All the training you will need in the job or to use for a career move. You either move up or you move out. You cannot just stay in one spot the pressure is too high. You will either quit or move out. Great place to get the latest training for whatever you want to do either in the company or out of the company. If you have this on your resume then you can go anywhere

Cons

Always changing and restructured. Commission is always changing or decreasing due to saturated market

Pros

Great benefits and stability. If that is what you are looking for, this is a great company to be in. There is a lot of diversity in the work force. Unlike many companies there is a significant amount of lateral movement so that you are not stuck in the one chain for your whole career. Keep in mind this review is mostly for any of the higher level positions, not for store or customer care which is the majority of positions.

Cons

If you are a highly driven individual and looking for lots of growth and big money, this is not the place to be

Pros

They have good benefits. It's a big company and as such you get to work with expensive systems that you might not elsewhere. It's financially stable, generally speaking people keep there phones and internet connections even in bad financial times. They have good educational benefits especially, they will pay for eight thousand dollars of classes a year. They also have advanced degree programs taught on location after work.

Cons

The environment is drab, don't work here if you like sunlight. The work isn't very fulfilling. The whole culture is intensely and lamely corporate. It's not cutting edge. Salaries aren't great compared to similar companies. The annual raises are small and it's not easy to get a raise for any other reason. The food is bad, like prison food.
