Pros
The people I worked with were great! Verizon has a good reputation and quality service.
Cons
They change their commission structure often. Usually it doesn't benefit the sales rep. With most companies going to a Stipend structure, it doesn't leave much opportunity for growth. The title states you're an account manager, and yes, you do manage accounts, but you are only paid on growth. Everything else is busy work. They should change the name to Account Executive, because you will be hunting majority of the time.
