Pros

Provide 6% matched 401k, Hybrid works. Great Health insurance Education assistance program

Cons

One potential con of working at the company is the perceived lack of diversity within the leadership of the technology department. Specifically, it has been noted that the director, managers, and VP of the department are all from the same ethnic background. This has led to perceptions among some employees that career advancement opportunities may be influenced by racial or ethnic affinity. Additionally, during periods of layoffs, there have been concerns that decisions may disproportionately affect employees who do not share the same ethnic background as the managers. Furthermore, the company has been outsourcing jobs to India, which can raise concerns about job security for local employees. These perceptions can impact overall morale and the sense of fairness within the team.

Pros

The people you meet everyday and work with make life great. If you really push yourself to the limit and beyond you will get rewarded with trips and prizes and bonuses on your check.

Cons

While there are some great things there are also some downs.... everybody for the most part, even management is is looking out for themselves. Micromanaging is real, especially if you can meet their expectations. You have to hustle to make a sale or metric, sometimes even change plans without clients knowing or add lines they don't want or know about to then remove lines they "think" they don't need anymore. Most people who are managers or assistant managers are people who hustled and lied sometimes to get where they need to be, which causes a domino effect to the people below you. Also know holidays you will be working and it's a battle with other employees to get said day off.

Pros

Good, mutually educational hiring and onboarding process; All equipment provided you; stipend for home internet service given once monthly

Cons

Do not abide by disability accommodations, or terms specified by doctors/clinicians regarding short or prolonged, excused medical absences, emergencies, or taking or returning from LOA’s; May lose out on opportunities for schedule bid, which determines for at least whole year which days and at what times you work, indefinitely, and effective the following week, if you have been in training (so not producing tangible, comparable KPI’s to rank you among peers in same/similar role), or if you’re back from maternity, bereavement or medical leave, you are at the bottom of the pecking order, meaning you may end up working a schedule you hate, which does not work for your other life responsibilities, for 9-24 months. No changes, no exceptions, no negotiations, no special consideration.
