- You will find co workers/ managers you dislike - Career advancement is souly politics, not necessarily experience or qualifications - Very unethical company when it comes to its consumer sales - High pressure sales environment working for corporate or retailer. - To many BS metrics, its way more then just selling the service.

- worst company culture of any of the 5+ Fortune 500 companies I have worked with - heavy focus on Verizon India over Verizon US. Creates much dysfunction because the business is based in the US - heavy contractor based workforce (roughly 50%) - Diversity is very poor. US workforce especially in technology sector (IT) is nearly 90% Indian descent. These are not normal demographics for this field and are by design. I tried to hire other people and could not because candidates given to me were all pre-screened.
