Pros

Good environment and work culture. Salaries are good. Life work balance. Good health care and insurance plans. 8 working hours. Gym Facilities available. Every year we will get year end gift.

Cons

There is some politics in team. Some times need to work on Weekends also. But they will give combo off. We cannot learn new technologies.
