      Pros

      Perhaps the best AI / Physical Security platform on the market as of late 2025. A true AI platform that integrates well vs multiple point solutions that do not communicate well with each other or at all. Strong marketing.

      Cons

      Only about 35%+/- of Sales Reps are at or over their number after one year. Average tenure for Sales Reps is 9-10 months. High Sales Rep churn rate which makes it challenging to build relationships even if you are strong. Overall Verkada does not have a good reputation with most VARs as of late 2025. Pretty aggressive culture.
