Inexperienced AEs attempting to manage and work the channel while account manage is a joke. All partners hate working with the AEs because they constantly go around the partners to get the order submitted. Corp teams are not winning, they had to lower quota because everyone was not hitting, leadership fire experience external hires, management plays favorites and feed them the opportunities, inexperienced sales manager attempting to manage and run a team while not following their own internal processes, fake sales team that talk behind your back and will pretend to be a coworker. Everyone sleeps with everyone at work and pretend to be inclusive but there’s no diversity in ideas and culture.
