      Pros

      Very lively, very engaged colleagues who are always willing to chat and help out with anything, fast paced environment and TONS of opportunity for success

      Cons

      As a startup, things change constantly which is a con to some people. Personally don't mind it that much because it's great for personal and career growth. Things could be more organized but the company is still figuring things out as they go. Diversity could be better but that is something that is actively being worked on.
