colleagues are great, product is good and easy to sell
Cons
churn is a huge problem. terrible retention. sales leadership is some of the worst I have seen. sales leadership does not care about their employees, only quarterly quotas, they will burn your relationships to get a deal done at the end of the quarter. sales leadership encourages micromanagement/ultra aggressive practices. structure does not make sense for SLED salespeople
