      Pros

      Engineering moves fast with minimal bureaucracy. There are a lot of opportunities for career growth and it's possible to make an impact as an individual contributor. Every person I've interacted with on the eng team has been smart and helpful.

      Cons

      Things move fast, so it can be tough to keep up at times. I'd call this a side effect of our speed of growth more so than anything else.

      Pros

      Fast career growth and the product sells itself. Our industry is COVID-proof, and we're constantly coming out with exciting new products and features. You are surrounded by a motivated, hungry team and the energy is unmatched to most tech companies and sales teams. Over-achieving is the norm here, unlike most companies post COVID.

      Cons

      I have to say there's only one con, like any fast-growth startups; somewhat longer hours. I love what I do and we're motivated to work hard, so it pays off anyway.
